“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Jordan Moulton
Lay CounselorJordan Moulton is a shepherd of people. He has served in different churches in Northern California and Central Texas for over a decade in various pastoral roles. Before coming to Christ in 2013, he served as a decorated Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, working as a Quality Assurance Evaluator and a Communications Network Supervisor. After a radical encounter with the Living Christ, He became a fervent adult convert, surrendering his whole life to Jesus. Jordan has been married to his wife (Nicole) since 2009. Together, they opted to leave city life behind and are raising their seven children in a simpler pastoral environment in rural Caldwell County. He has a passion for one-on-one discipleship, integrated theology, expositional preaching, and practical evangelism. He desires to lead people from lost to found, from found to following Jesus, and from follower to equipped missionary.
Drawing on his military background, the experience of being an adult convert, and a focused study of Church History, Jordan is attuned to unraveling and tracking down the root causes of problems faced by the modern Western church. He hopes one day to see the church embrace its calling as a domestic missionary organization that mirrors the fruit of the early church. Jordan is also intensely interested in the power and gifts the Holy Spirit has given followers of Jesus. He believes that the world does not need more gimmicks, but the genuine manifestation of the Holy Spirit in our mortal bodies.
Stephanie Franklin
Lay CounselorStephanie’s life journey has taken her across rocky terrain, through deep valleys, over mountain peaks, and beside both raging rivers and peaceful streams. Each season has shaped her heart and strengthened her calling: to minister to women and help them rediscover joy, purpose, and their true identity in Christ. Having experienced seasons in the valley of death, and those in green pastures, and mountain tops, Stephanie understands what it means to wrestle, to heal, and to grow. It is from this place of lived faith and resilience that she compassionately walks alongside women who are searching for hope and direction.
Stephanie is especially passionate about supporting women who struggle with self-worth and identity. She serves women navigating challenges in marriage, motherhood, empty nesting, divorce, and blended families. She also welcomes women who are healing from trauma or battling addiction, offering a steady presence and a safe space for restoration. Her heart is to walk with you — not rush you — as you move toward healing, clarity, and God’s will for your life. Above all, Stephanie believes that no woman’s story is beyond redemption — and that even the hardest paths can lead to transformation, freedom, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Houston Christian University. She is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and has served as a Victim Services volunteer and former police chaplain. As the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women cross the bridge from chaos to long-term stability, she integrates holistic healing, education, and faith-based support into her work. She currently serves as a Life Coach and Lay Counselor.
The verse she clings to is Nehemiah 8:10 "...do not be worried, for the joy of the Lord is your strength and your stronghold.”
